Happy Turkey day

HAPPY THANKSGIVING ALL! Today on this most beautiful Thursday, I am thankful for so MANY things. Yesterday I know I missed posting what I am thankful for so I am just going to add it on to today. I am So thankful for a christian school. Yesterday at my school they had a thanksgiving chapel and it was really cool. I loved it. I am so thankful that I could experience that. I am also thankful for food, yesterday my school got 850 donuts for all of the students.  I am just really thankful for being apart of that amazing school and that chapel. I am also thankful for being able to play sports, Last night I went ice skating and I had an amazing time and I am just thankful that I could go. Another thing that I am thankful for is food, I am so thankful that I get to have an AMAZING meal this afternoon made by my mother. I am so thankful that I have good food. I am so thankful for all your readers. Lastly I thankful for life that my AMAZING, Wonderful, Merciful Savior who has blessed me with an AMAZING LIFE.  Everyday I am striving for the one who died for me! The one who died on the cross to save me from my sins that I could be here today.

Today I am thankful for......

Hey everyone! I have a coulpe more things that I am thankful for.

1.Today I am thankful for jobs. Today I have to babysit my neighbor who is six months old. He is so cute. I can't wait. I just want to get out of school and go babysit. It is only for about an hour and 15 minutes. I am so excited, I get paid and that is the reason why I am thankful for jobs. Also my sister and I job share a job so I have a part time job as well. Both my parents and siblings have jobs they get paid and it helps us. I feel bad for the people who don't have jobs.

2. I am thankful for traveling, I am thankful for traveling because I get to go see family that lives in Chicago. I also like to travel and learn new things about other people.

Today I Am thankful for

Hey, Hey Everyone, There are 2 things that I am thankful for today.

1.Today, I am thankful for a Christian School to go to. Some people might say that I am kinda weird for having a school, but to be honest I am thankful that I have the privilege of going to a christian school where I can pray and talk about God with out hesitation, I love attending chapels. I love that  I can worship God, the way I want. I don't have to be worried about getting judged.

2. Today I am also thankful for a warm bed to wake up in everyone morning and look forward to falling asleep in after a long day. I am so thankful for it now as we approach winter time, I hate winter, and I just love snuggling under my covers and falling asleep in a nice warm bed.

Thanksgiving week

As we approach this amazing holiday this coming Thursday, I will be post everyday saying things that I am thankful for. I have so much to be thankful for. I will post more than one thing that I am thankful for.
I am thankful for EVERY SINGLE one of my family members and friends. This weekend I went to Chicago and we had to clean a house that my Grandpa owns and we stayed the night at his other house. We were looking through things. I saw a picture of my Grandma that passed away a couple of years ago and I just really thought about how thankful I have I be for family because they can be taken away from you just like that. I am also thankful for my friends because they ave helped me so much. I could NEVER ask for better friends.
I am also thankful  for Compassionate Heart! I have talked about it a lot before on here,  but I could  NEVER tell you how much those kids have made a change in my life. They have a special place in my heart. They always have a big smile on their faces and they always say hi to me. I love going there because some of those kids don't have that many friends. I want to be a friend to them and let them know that I will be a friend to them and I will always be there to hang out with them.

BEAUTIFUL WEEKEND

Well I don't know about anywhere else but here in Michigan we have had beautiful weather. It is so nice I have worn capris during the weekend. I am getting good use out of it. It has been very nice, I love it. My parents decided to grill pork steaks one last time before winter comes because it is right around the corner. I am not a big fan of winter, the only thing that I like about winter is that I can wear sweat pants around the house with a sweatshirt and drink hot chocolate and just relax. It is just relaxing for me. I love that I can spend time with family during the holidays.

Horrible blogger

Yes, I know I am a horrible blogger! I am so sorry! I have been very busy and when I want to blog and have time it is so late at night that I don't feel like it!

So I just wanted to get on here and give you guys an update on how I am doing! I have been so busy with school Compassionate Heart and just thins! I have a lot on my plate!

School is very stressful!! I am a freshman in school and it is stressful! I wonder what it will be like when I am older and there is more drama, I don't want to know either! I love my classes! I love my teachers! Homework is not that bad! I am struggling the most right now is friendships. That is because I am struggling with feeling left out feeling left out or not feeling like I fit in! Today on the bus with one of my friends an I got to just talk about how I felt! To be 100% honest I wish that I could go back to 8th grade! It was just better! My friendships were better, homework wasn't that hard! I had awesome bus rides now I don't! I felt like I had more friends! I wish I had the memories remade in 8th grade! I would love that!

Compassionate Heart! I go there Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday there for about 3 or 4 hours each day! I love it there is you can not tell! God has opened my eyes more to noticing that the kids with special needs to be tested the same way! They need to v accepted as they are! This is one reason why I go to Compassionate Heart because I want those kids yo know that there are people like me who want to come and mentor them and just be their friend! I feel like I need to be someone that make friendship levels even! What I am saying with that is that will be friend with kids with out special needs but I also need to be a friend to someone with special need! We all need to include them! They always need to be treated the same!

I know I know DON'T JUDGE

Yes! I am aware that I have not updated that much but I have been really busy! I used to update during class but now I can't because of where I sit :( ,. I just want to get in here quickly and ask you guys if you could pray for one of my good friends. For his protection I will not say his name! But he was playing football and got a concussion!! Little did the doctors know that he already had a concussion so he played and got another one but now after getting a double concussion he is now suffering short term memory loss and he can't even remember who his mother is! It is so sad but if you could him in your prayers that would be great! Thanks everyone! Have a great night!

Hey Everyone, Sorry I haven been busy. School and everything. First off it was my birthday this past Thursday, I had a great day, I went to school and during my spanish Class they sang to me and it was fun. Today went to Art Prize which is hosted in Grand Rapids. It was cool but fun. I loved it, my brother's hockey team actually put in an entree in and it was really cool to see.  Well I must go, goodbye.

Thoughtful Tuesday

I have so many thoughts on my mind right now. I also have a lot of prayer request that I would like you to pray. So please prayer for the following.
1. I would like you pray for the family of Lindy VerBeek's Family, I want you to pray for her family as she passed away on Friday. I pray that her family can get through this. I pray that God wraps his arms around them and comforts them. and be with them.
2. I would like you to pray for the little boy that had surgery and got a new liver. He is doing well. the liver is responding very well. I pray that the fluid in his body will exit and I also pray for his family, his parents as they are traveling back and forth from Ann Arbor and Holland.
3. I pray for my Grandpa and Bernice as they are going to be getting married on Friday. I pray that everything goes well. I pray that they can have a good time on their honeymoon.
4. I pray for me as it s my birthday, I thank God for the life that He has given me.

Dear Heavenly most Father, I come to you with some request today. First I just want to pray for Lindy VerBeek's family as they are going to say good bye to her today. Lord I also Pray for Max as he is still recovering I lastly want to pray for Grandpa and Bernice as they are getting married. Lastly I want to say thank you for the life you have given me. I love you LORD in your most precious holy name, Amen.

Bored in western civ

Hey y'all I am so bored I am really tired and just want to go. to Compassionate heart. I had a really fun time at my retreat! I am actually sitting in a class with someone that went with and this morning in Math the same kid looked at me like oh yeah we had an awesome we went to Cedar Point. It was fun. Friday evening we went to Craig Cruisers and then we drove to DeerBorn Michigan and the kid I am talking about was so slap happy, we all were let me add. Everyone started to talk about a frappes from McDonalds so I didn't get much sleep. When we made ti to DeerBorn it was about 1:30 and it took a half our to get ready for bed and fell asleep around 2, Saturday morning we had to get up at 8:00 and be on the road at 9:00 so we packed up and ate breakfast and then we were off to cedar point. I didn't go on any roller coasters, but I don't care. I got so bored but it was a nice time. After cedar point we drove to Willard OH, and had a fire. Sunday Morning I got early and came home and last night I went to a down here concert which was really fun!

Western Civ, history

Western Civ, which is called my history class. it is so boring. I hate it want to get out of here. I really hate just want to go home and get ready to leave for my retreat tonight. I am going to craig cruisers tonight and then we are driving to Deerborn MI, and spending the night at a church and then tomorrow we are going to be driving down into ohio just over the border and going to ceder point and then we are going to spend the night with my youth groups leader's relatives and I am really excited. I can't wait it sounds like it it is going to be really fun! Well I must go I must put my laptop away, I will try to post when I get home to let you know more details and then I will post when I get home on Sunday, before I go to a concert! I am also excited about that it is a christian band called down here. have a GREAT week end everyone

Bored in History

I am go bored right now. WE are suppose to write a paper, but I don't get it. I hate when I gon't get things. it is so weird that I don't like doing things like this. I thought I would I do my thankful Thursday. So I am thankful family and how they care for me. I love know that they will always be there for me. Well I must go. Good bye everyone. memories with family

I would like you all to read my story that I wrote about memories with families

Traveling is one of the things I appreciate. I appreciate traveling because, I get to see new places I have never been. It is one of my most favorite things to do. My favorite place to travel is Chicago. It is my favorite place because I get to travel to see family who live there.  When we go and visit family I really like to make memories with them. The best times to make the best memories is Christmas time and Memorial day.

Christmas is one of my favorite because we get to eat a lot of food and we get to spend time together, having fun and playing games and that is when we make the most memories with my mom side of the family.

When I walk into the big blue door, I felt the coldness of the door handle outside. As I walked into the warm, heated house. I smelled the ham that was cooking in the upstairs oven. I walked upstairs. I moved around say hello and Merry Christmas. Every which way there were people shouting my name. I didn’t know who to say hi to first because there are so many people.

I come from a medium size family, there are 12 of us to be exact.  There are my grandparents then there is my aunt and uncle then there are my 3 cousins, Mandy, Adam and Nathan. Lastly it is our immediate family and there is 5 of us. That is why there is 12 of us.  I get spoiled at Christmas time because I am the youngest person in my mom’s side of the family. I love being the youngest. Even though I am the youngest, I am not the shortest.  As I walked further into the house I saw so many Christmas cards spread out over the arch way that went into their dining room.

After saying hello to everyone that was upstairs, I went down to the basement,  I felt the coldness of their not heated red floor cement basement floor, I started to get chilly. Chills went up my spine, and I started to get goose bumps. When I got downstairs, all I saw was green and red on the table.

Food is brought down as it is finished being made. Ham that will just melt in your mouth. Turkey that just falls of the bone. Creamy mashed potatoes with butter. Warm rolls that the butter just melts on. We always have got to have party potatoes, because every Christmas we have a party. The crisp onions on the green bean casserole is set right in front of me. Warm bright yellow corn and cook just perfectly green beans are brought down. Drinks are served and everyone makes their way down stairs. We always sit in the same spots. My uncle says prayer, then we dig in.

The best Christmas memory that is always made with my mom’s side of family is that we get to play games. My dad is the one that always wins the games. I win every once in a while. Another of my favorite times is Memorial Day. I love to make memories on Memorial day because when we visit family we always are outside and we always have a cookout.

Arriving at my aunt and uncle’s house on memorial day is always a joy for me. They always have their grill going. Whenever we are cooking on memorial, we are always have a big smoke cloud coming out of their grill

On Memorial day we always have a cookout with sausages, hamburgers, and hotdogs,. We have a feast. Listening to the sizzling of the sausages and the hamburgers and the hot dogs as they are placed on the grill. As I wait for the food to get done, I hear the crunch of the chips. the gulps that people took from there drinks, just trying to stay cool from the heat that is always there on Memorial day. After the meat is ready it is taken off of the grill and handed out to the

After we eat we always play games. The games we play are bean bag toss, ladder ball, basketball games and we just spend time as a family. My favorite game out of all of them is bean bag toss and ladder ball, only because I am good at it.

The Bean bags are homemade, my uncle painted them red white and blue because every time we play it is on Memorial Day or 4th of July. The ladder ball game is brought my Grandparents. It was given to them by all the grandchildren in the family, but all the other games are ones that my aunt and uncle own at their house.

If it is really hot outside, my cousin, my sister and I go and play video games in my cousins room. The video games that we like to play consists of guitar hero, and any other game that my cousin has. We love going in their basement, put on music and play pool. We get really competitive, but it is really fun. My favorite part of pool is when we play on teams and I am on my cousins team because he is really good.

Christmas and Memorial day are my favorite holidays because, I can spend time with family. I love smelling all of the good food. I love playing games and  making memories with my family

2nd post of the day

I know I have already done a post for today, but when I got home from school I heard the a little boy in my church(not going to say names just for protection) has received a new liver after being on the liver transplant list for a while. A while back he was diagnosed with liver cancer and the chemo wasn't helping him at all. The only way to say his life was get him a new liver, but I just wanted to bring that to your attention that you could pray about it and just pray for the little boy and his family

Bored in study hall

I am SO bored in Study hall right now. It is not even funny how bored I am. I don't like it. I just want to go to speed way with my sister after school, get slushes and go to Compassionate Heart Ministries and spend time with them. I can't wait to eat dinner. I love spending time at Compassionate Heart Ministries.  It is the best! Below is a definition of what Compassionate Heat Ministries is Compassionate Heart Ministry offers a drop in program four times a week, which provides:

Crafts, Games, Recreation, Devotions

Mentors help guide teens and young adults in finding their place in the close-knit puzzle of God's family. This program begins and ends with free time, giving individuals the opportunity to grow in creativity while building friendships in a relaxed and joyful surrounding. Participants can also use their time to receive help with school work or personal projects from mentors eager to assist. Open to individuals aged 14 to 35.

It is such a joy to see smiles on their faces there. Well I must go have a great day all. I'll post when I get home from Compassionate Heart Ministries. So stay tuned.

There are so many people on twitter during class when we have our laptops open. Yes I am on twitter, no I am not going to give out my name. but anyway with everyone on twitter I love to blog instead. It is more fun. I love blogging during class, my teachers don't care and  it is fun

Thoughtful Tuesday

First Thoughtful Tuesday on this blog. I  just have a few thoughts that I would like to put down.
1. The first things is about 9/11, My heart goes out to the families that lost loved ones in the 9/11 terrorist attack. I pray for those families. I could never imagine lossing a family member because of that.
2. I want to also mention that 2 years ago yesterday, my grandma passed away. I miss her so much. My life has been different since she passed away.

Also on Tuesday I will put prayer request that I have received for the past week, and also and prayer with the those request in them and also a Bible verse.

Western Civ

If you read my last post I said that I had lunch and then I had Western Civ. Well, guess what now I am in Western Civ. it is so boring.  we just had to do a journal about 9/11 I think it is so sad the people lost loved ones because of that. My heart goes out to all of the families that lost loved ones in the 9/11 terrorist attack. I couldn't imagine lossing some to something like that. Well I must go I don't want to get into trouble, I have study hall next so I'll post more

Conceptual physics Class

My Conceptual Physics Class is awesome. We get off topic SO easily. I love this class and the teacher is awesome. I can't wait to get out of this class though and have lunch with my friends, then I have to go to Western Civ, for an hour and an half. :( Blah I don't really like history, but the worst thing for me is that I have to go sit in a study hall for an hour and a half.

Homework, Blah

Hey everyone, Lots of blog post in one day. New Record for me! Well I never did my Miscellaneous Monday yet, So I thought I would just put it on now. As you can see I am trying to do my homework, but it so hard to get focused. Homework to me is just blah. I hate it is not fun. I have to write to papers, One for Conceptual Physics  and one for History. I hate writing papers I have to go on a retreat this weekend with my church and now I am having second thoughts about going:(. I really don't want to go, I just want to spend time with my family but nope my parents are making me go :( it is a surprise destination which scares. me, because I always like to know where i am going and this time I din't
